We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from AHAM oil products.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after your item is delivered. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, with all original seals intact. Multipacks and cases must be returned complete.
Opened, used, mixed, or partially emptied oils, fluids, additives, and chemicals are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These conditions do not limit your rights if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to request a return
You can submit a return request directly through your customer account:

Sign in using the email address associated with your order and the verification code sent to your email.

Open the order and select the return option.

Choose the items you want to return, select a reason, and submit your request.
We will review your request under this policy and email you the decision and any necessary return instructions. Submitting a request does not automatically approve the return or issue a refund.
